We are a multi-trade response maintenance service company. We are extremely experienced in the maintenance and refurbishment of industrial and commercial buildings, property and facilities.

Our business exists to support your business; we are committed to providing accurate, timely and efficient property maintenance services. We make sure to use quality methods and equipment from leading manufacturers.

Construct Perth was established by Daniel Coleman and Simon Harrington in 2006.

We are proudly WA owned and operated, solely employing WA staff and contractors. Consequently, we source the vast majority of our materials from local businesses. Construct Perth is a company that is firmly oriented on results and delivery.

Our projects have demonstrated our capability as a builder for over 11 years. This is both in terms of having extensive construction knowledge and also for delivering exceptional quality standards, on time and to budget.

Our highly skilled team of in-house professionals provide a multi-disciplined approach to every project we undertake. From a leaking gutter repair to a multi unit development we will be there the whole way.

Simon Harrington

Managing Director

Simon has more than 12 years of construction experience in designing and successfully delivering residential, commercial and industrial projects. As a result, he brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to any project or environment.

Simon maintains a strong relationship with all stakeholders involved in the design and delivery operations, which is the key to his success. Simon currently manages the up-front process and project delivery teams and ensures that the correct resources are allocated accordingly. In addition, he makes certain costs are controlled, safety is at the highest standard and projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Most of all, Simon is a firm believer in best practice techniques, ensuring that Construct Perth staff “do it right the first time” so you get the best outcome for your project.

Daniel Coleman

Daniel is a highly motivated builder with over 12 years’ experience in the building game. Daniel is passionate about the commercial building industry and therefore prides himself on his strong work ethic. In addition to his skill as a builder, he brings a personable character to every site, and an honest approach to any type of project he is involved in.

Daniel enjoys challenging projects where he can provide creative and cost-effective solutions that ensures your expectations are met every-time. Furthermore, he has a broad range of skill sets ranging from project management, costing and quoting, site supervision, carpentry and general building skills.
